The marks people reach for most: hearts, stars, checks and crowns. Broad font support and instantly readable meaning make these the safest choice when the symbol has to work everywhere.

Faces, reactions and text art built for tone rather than precision. Many are multi-character compositions, so they reward testing in the app where they will appear.

Sun, moon, cloud and season marks that can report a real condition or set a visual theme. Several have both a text and an emoji presentation, and the two behave differently.
